Curtis Traylor married Savion Traylor in 2016.

They plan on starting a family soon by adopting.

Curtis is the middle child of 5 other brothers and sisters.

Who is Curtis Traylor?

  • Born and raised in East Texas, a transplant of Dallas County and Precinct 3 for over 7 years.
  • Christian, son, brother, husband, uncle, provider and public servant.
  • Curtis learned the value of hard work and honesty at a young age.
  • Curtis does architectural drawing and house plans as a hobby and took courses in AutoCAD during high school.
  • Family is of the most importance to Curtis.

  • Certifications- Peace Officer, Adult and Juvenile Corrections Officer, County Detention Officer.
  • AAS-Criminal Justice
  • BS-Studying Criminology/SNHU
  • Curtis has worked with individuals of varying backgrounds and cultures.
  • Curtis was a mentor and positive role model to the youth in his custody as a Juvenile Corrections Officer.
  • Curtis has worked with many successful officials, including the first African American female Chief Investigator (Mae Jackson)of Dallas County DA's Office in her bid for Constable of Precinct 1.
